Lynda Lopez is an American journalist, known for her work as a news anchor on shows like Fox 5, Good Day New York, and WCBS-AM. Lynda is the younger sister of the singer and actress, Jennifer Lopez. Born Lynda Elaine Lopez on June 14, 1971 in New York City, New York, to Puerto Rican parents Guadalupe Rodríguez and David López, her siblings are Jennifer and Leslie. She graduated from Preston High School in 1989, and enrolled at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, where she majored in Broadcasting and Communications. Lynda started her radio broadcasting career at WBAB and WLIR on Long Island. She became a newsreader on channel 9’s sister station, Fox 5, in March 2007. She has been dating Adam Goldfried with whom she has a daughter named Lucie. She was previously in a relationship with radio/television personality Chris Booker.
