Lupita was born March 1, 1983 in Mexico City, Mexico. She has Mexican and Kenyan ancestry. Her father is a college professor. According to rumors, she dated Chiwetel Ejiofor, Jared Leto, and K’Naan. Nyong’o played so far in Shuga, 12 Years a Slave, and Non-Stop. In 2015, Lupita will appear on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
