Lara was born June 19, 1969 in Garden City, New York. She’s famous as anchor of Good Morning America on ABC. In 2000, Spencer married CNN journalist David Haffenreffer and they are still together. She has two kids. In 2013, she co-hosted the 87th Miss America competition. Spencer started on Good Morning America show in 1999 as a correspondent.
