Catriona Gray is a Filipino-Australian model, singer, and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Universe 2018. Gray had previously been crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2018 and Miss World Philippines 2016. She is the fourth Filipina to win the Miss Universe pageant. As a singer, Gray released her debut single We’re In This Together in November 2018. Born Catriona Elisa Magnayon Gray on January 6, 1994 in Cairns, Australia, to parents Ian Gray and Normita Ragas Magnayon, she is of Scottish descent on her father’s side, and of Filipino descent on her mother’s side. She studied at the Trinity Anglican School in Queensland and earned her masters degree at Berklee College of Music. She started dating fellow model Clint Bondad.
